Please complete this waiver for each student who will be attending the dance.
Waivers will also be available at the entrance.
The admission fee is $10 and should be paid with cash or check at the entrance.
Dance is located at Charlottesville Waldorf School Pavilion, 120 Waldorf School Road, C’ville. Please drive to the back/upper parking lot and take care as the lot will be full/busy! Students will be checked in at the bottom of the stairs. Visitors are asked to arrive at 7pm at the latest. Drinks, snacks, pizza available for purchase.
